Legal notice

This website belongs to Juan Pablo García Coello, tax ID (NIF) 78700764P, C/ Waque 22, El Cantillo, 38350 Tacoronte (Santa Cruz de Tenerife), Spain. Contact: studio@nomadstudio.app. This information is provided under Spanish Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce (LSSI-CE).

Using nomadstudio.app is free and needs no registration. The texts, images and design of this website belong to its owner unless stated otherwise: you may link to it and quote it, but not copy it as a whole. The app itself is free software (see Licensing).

We take care to keep this information accurate, but it may change without notice. The app is provided as is, without warranty, as its license states. We are not responsible for the content of the external sites we link to, such as GitHub, Ko-fi, YouTube or the model providers.

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of your country of residence and may go to the courts of your own domicile.

Privacy policy

Browsing this website does not require you to give us any personal data. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or trackers, and serves its own fonts and images. The only outside content is the launch film, which loads from YouTube only if you choose to play it (see Cookies).

Like any web server, our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages, by Cloudflare, Inc.) keeps technical logs (IP address, date, page requested, browser) to keep the site secure and working. We rely on our legitimate interest in doing so (Art. 6.1.f GDPR). The logs are not used to identify you and are deleted automatically after a short period.

If you write to us, we use your email address and message only to answer you (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.f GDPR). We keep them while we deal with your request and for up to one year afterwards, in case you follow up.

If you buy a pack, the purchase takes place on Ko-fi, under Ko-fi's own privacy policy, and the payment is handled by PayPal or Stripe. We receive your name, email and what you bought, to deliver the pack, help you with it and meet our tax and accounting obligations (Art. 6.1.b and 6.1.c GDPR). We keep this data for as long as the law requires (generally six years in Spain).

We do not sell or share your data. Only the providers we need handle it: hosting, email, and Ko-fi with its payment providers. Some of them may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United Kingdom or the United States); when they do, it is under a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

The Nomad Studio app runs on your computer. There is no account and no telemetry: your images, prompts and sessions never leave your machine. It only goes online to do what it needs for you, such as downloading the models you choose (Hugging Face, CivitAI) or checking for new ComfyUI versions on GitHub.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict its use, and to receive it in a portable format, by writing to studio@nomadstudio.app. We will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or to the authority of your country.

Cookies

This website uses no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones for analytics or advertising, so it does not need to ask for your consent when you arrive.

It saves two small preferences in your browser's local storage, and they never reach us: the language you choose and, if you play the film, that you agreed to load it from YouTube. Both are strictly necessary for what you asked for, so they are exempt from consent. You can delete them at any time in your browser settings.

The launch film is hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play and accept. We use YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), but once the video plays Google may store data in your browser and receive your IP address, under Google's privacy policy. You can also watch it directly on YouTube.

Pack terms

Packs are digital content: files you download and import into Nomad Studio. They are sold on Ko-fi at the price shown there, taxes included where applicable, and Ko-fi issues the receipt. Delivery is immediate: the download is available as soon as the payment is confirmed.

What a pack is. A pack is the integration work: flows, presets, styles and templates that prepare and send your request to an AI model in the right way. The models themselves are made by third parties, are not part of the pack, and you download them separately under their own licenses.

Changed your mind? Write to studio@nomadstudio.app within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund it.

What we guarantee. Each pack installs and runs as described with the Nomad Studio version and the models it states. If it does not, you are entitled by law to have it fixed or, if that is not possible, to a price reduction or a refund.

What depends on the model. Generative AI does not give the same answer twice. How an image turns out depends on the model, your prompt and images, its settings and your hardware, so the examples we show are illustrations, not a promise of an identical result. A result that does not match your expectations is not, on its own, a fault in the pack.

What you may do with a pack is set out in its license, explained below.

Licensing

The app is free software under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later, like ComfyUI and Blender. Use it for anything, including paid work and teaching; study it, change it and share it. If you distribute it, do so under the same license and with its source code.

What you create is yours. The images you generate, the prompts you write and your sessions belong to you.

Packs (flows, styles, presets, templates) come with the Nomad Studio Pack License: use them in your own work, commercially too, but do not resell, redistribute, share or repackage them. A Personal license is for one person; teams and online services need a Team or Online Service license.

AI models are not included. You download the ones you choose and each keeps its own license from its authors. Some do not allow commercial use: the app tells you before downloading them.

The Nomad Studio name and logo are not covered by the GPL: a modified version must use its own name and logo. ComfyUI, LM Studio, FLUX, Qwen and the other names mentioned on this site belong to their owners.
